This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray

Sleep. Oh I love hate relationship with it. Sometimes I sleep amazing and love it but most the time I have weird messed up sleep. I've had insomnia in the past - been on tablets and all the rest but just stopped taking them as I got fed up taking tablets all the time. So the next search was for things or remedies that were more natural. This sleep spray popped up on a  lot of instagrams and blogs I follow so I finally gave into the hype (over a year ago now!) and haven't looked back..
It's described as a miracle solution for a good nights sleep. It is infused with lavender, vetivert and wild camomile oils which leaves a gorgeous relaxing scent. I spray about 4-5 times over my pillow about half an hour before I go to bed and I can honestly say every time I've used this I have fallen asleep so much easier. It honestly does make a difference for me. I don't use it often as I don't want to get used to it but I have a smaller travel version which I take away whenever I'm away or for flights. It helps calm my down so might be something to consider if you have anxiety. The actual scent isn't overwhelming at all - I'm not the biggest fan of lavender scents but this one has the right balance in my opinion.
If you have issues with sleep or anxiety I would definitely give this a go. It is very soothing. I have the limited edition which is £30 for 250ml or you can get a normal one for £16 for 75ml. There's also a baby version if you want something to try for your children.

Re-Gen Cream Review

Finding the perfect skin care routine is a life long task I swear. I'm yet to find a routine that works for me perfectly however, I have found a cream that really helps and that would be this little beauty! Bit of background I have combination skin which is made up of oily t-zone and dry skin elsewhere. I also get spots a lot and get scarring easy. Everyone's skin is different so it might not work for you but it's really helped me!
Re-Gen cream is described as a specialist treatment for stretch marks, scars, dry skin and blemishes. It includes PCL liquid for skin regeneration. It also has Vitamin E, lavender and chamomile to help calm down the skin. It's not irritating in the slightest and hasn't got an offensive smell. I can vaguely smell lavender when I apply it but that's about it. The formula is lovely too - not sticky in the slightest. It's like a lotion; really light and sinks into the skin so well and quick. The smell does linger for a little while but when it's sunk into the skin you don't notice it. I apply it twice daily during both my skin routines and it sits well under make up too. It has many similar ingredients as Bio Oil so it gives a lot of the same benefits that does. I picked this mainly for the scarring on my forehead from previous spot and I have noticed a difference. The scars have started to fade slightly - I'm not sure if they will ever completely go away but there's definitely an improvement. It's also kept my skin really hydrated which I love - there has been no strange dry patches! I've used this twice daily for about two months now and I'm only halfway through the pot so I can see it lasting quite well and for the price that's so good. I believe Aldi sell it in store but I purchased mine from Amazon for £6.99!

Have you tried this? What do you think? Have you got any suggestions for scarring?
